Send contract

POST /api/v1/email/send

Mail accepts the message for delivery it owns. Response shape:

HTTP	`status`	Meaning
200	`sent`	SMTP succeeded immediately
202	`accepted`	Persisted; Mail will retry / deliver
202	`scheduled`	Persisted for later send

Do not re-send when status is sent, accepted, or scheduled. Orchestrators (Flow) and Client SDKs treat all three as success.

Request fields include to, cc, bcc, subject, body, isHtml, optional attachments, optional scheduledFor. Exact schemas: live OpenAPI in Development.

Roles allowed to send: Admin or Sender (Bearer or API key).
